A new Regulation relating to Data that can be used by Companies & Organisations to identify an individual came into force 25th May 2018…GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
As a Community Charter Standard Football Club we need to hold various information relating to the Children that play for the Club in order to ensure our Safeguarding & Welfare obligations are met in respect of Medical information / records held and personal information which is required in order to register a player to their Team / League every season.
The new Regulations require our Club to be transparent in respect of why we require the personal information and just as importantly how we use and store the information for our players and Club members,

The personal DATA we collect will be used for the following purposes
*Safeguarding & Welfare of children who play for the Club ie; Medical & Contact information
The Personal DATA we collect will be shared with the following organisations
*LOCALĀ JUNIOR FOOTBALL LEAGUES ie; T.J.F.A / TEES VALLEY GIRLS LEAGUE – for Registration & Identification purposes
*NORTH RIDING COUNTY FA – For Welfare & Discipline purposes
The personal DATA we collect as a club will be made available to the following Club members
* CHILD WELFARE OFFICER
* CLUB COMMITEE MEMBERS
* TEAM MANAGERS (in respect of each individual player)
